With the investments we have made recently, we are undertaking massive projects. We are establishing the infrastructure of new cities, constructing dams and reservoirs, bringing water to thousands of hectares of arid land with the dams we have built, connecting cities to each other, and strengthening the infrastructure of cities that are progressing towards becoming modern and metropolitan, linking them together in networks.
